During the first Friday and Saturday evenings of the Tänzelfest, Kaufbeuren’s Old Town showcases its distinctive character. Amidst the illumination provided by campfires, torches, and candlelight, local hosts welcome visitors to meticulously arranged camps.

The event features music, dance, cuisine, beverages, juggling, theatrical performances, and demonstrations of knightly combat, attracting thousands annually.
